Used to capture a selfie for punch-in and punch-out verification.
Used to upload necessary documents required by the company, such as contracts, certifications, or identification proof.
We do not store or share your photos unless explicitly required for app functionality and with your consent.

1.2 Location Permission

Required to track attendance check-in/check-out based on your workplace location.
Used to verify gate pass requests and ensure authorized entry/exit.
Used for miss-punch corrections to validate employee location at the time of request.
You can enable or disable location access anytime through your device settings.

1.3 Read Media Images Permission

Required to allow employees to upload documents, salary slips, leave requests, or gate pass forms.
Used for verifying uploaded images related to attendance, leaves, payroll, and miss-punch corrections.
Used to upload necessary company documents required by HR for employment verification and compliance.
We do not access or store media files without your permission.

1.4 Wi-Fi Permissions

CHANGE_WIFI_STATE: Allows the app to check nearby Wi-Fi networks for alternate punch-in and punch-out verification (Only applicable for Android 9 and below).
NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES: Used to detect nearby Wi-Fi networks and match them with pre-registered office Wi-Fi for attendance logging (Required for Android 10 and above).
If your location is outside the geofenced area, Wi-Fi-based verification can be used as an alternative to confirm attendance.
If no matching Wi-Fi network is found, the system will display a message indicating that you are not at the office location.

1.5 Payroll & Attendance Data

We collect employee details (e.g., name, ID, work hours, salary information) for payroll processing.
Attendance logs, including check-in/out times, leave records, and miss-punch requests, are recorded to track working hours and leave balances.

Payroll Processing: Calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Attendance Management: Tracking check-in/check-out times, leave balances, and work hours.
Leave Management: Processing leave requests and approvals.
Gate Pass System: Managing entry/exit approvals for employees.
Miss-punch Correction: Allowing employees to request corrections for incorrect attendance logs.
Employee Document Management: Allowing employees to submit necessary documents directly through the camera for HR and payroll verification.
Company Document Submission: Enabling employees to upload essential documents required by the company for compliance and record-keeping.
Security & Compliance: Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.
Your data is stored securely and is only used for internal payroll, attendance, and HR-related functions.
We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App may integrate with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems), payroll software, or cloud storage providers. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

You can enable/disable Camera, Location, and Read Media Images permissions through your device settings.
